Renew Gas Cert Hub

Terms and Conditions — Version 1.1

Effective: 8 August 2026

Commercial terms update

This Version 1.1 update amends the subscription, renewal and cancellation provisions of the previously approved Renew Gas Cert Hub Terms and Conditions Version 1.0. All other Version 1.0 provisions remain unchanged unless expressly replaced below.

1. Seven-day free trial

New eligible business customers who subscribe through the Renew Hub signup flow receive a seven-day free trial. The trial begins when Stripe confirms creation of the trial subscription.

A valid supported payment method is required at signup. No Renew Hub subscription fee is charged during the seven-day trial.

2. Price after the trial

Unless the customer cancels before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically to a paid subscription at £9.99 per month. The first £9.99 charge is taken when the seven-day trial ends and subsequent charges are taken monthly in advance until cancellation.

3. No minimum term

There is no fixed or minimum subscription term. Renew Hub is a rolling monthly subscription after the free trial. The customer is not required to remain subscribed for any minimum number of months.

4. Cancel anytime

The customer may cancel the subscription at any time through the available subscription-management route. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge.

If cancellation is completed before the seven-day free trial ends, no first monthly subscription charge is due and access ends when the trial expires.

If cancellation is completed after a paid monthly period has started, no further monthly renewal is charged and access continues until the end of the current paid period, unless access must be suspended earlier under another provision of the Terms.

5. Automatic renewal

After the free trial, the subscription renews automatically each month at £9.99 unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Stripe processes the recurring payment using the payment method held for the subscription.

6. Payment methods

Renew Hub accepts payment through Stripe using cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other supported wallet methods made available for the customer and device. Bacs Direct Debit is not offered for this subscription.

7. Existing responsibility and service provisions

Renew Hub remains an administrative and reminder tool. The customer remains responsible for its statutory, regulatory and certification obligations. Nothing in this Version 1.1 commercial update changes the service-scope, acceptable-use, data-protection, liability, suspension, termination or other provisions of Version 1.0 except where those provisions are expressly amended above.

8. Authority to subscribe

By accepting these Terms during signup, the individual confirms that they are acting for business purposes, are authorised to bind the subscribing organisation, and have provided accurate signup information.

Launch control: the complete approved Version 1.0 agreement must remain available alongside this Version 1.1 update before live outreach is activated.
